Accommodation Details

Although our wedding will be in a beautiful area of NH, it is a bit more remote so nearby accommodations are slightly more limited.
 
We recommend booking your stay as early as possible after receiving the Save the Date so you can find a place that works best for you.
 
We&#8217;ve outlined several options below depending on your preferences for lodging, budget, and distance from the venue.

Please Note: We&#8217;ll be kicking off the wedding weekend with welcome drinks the evening before the wedding and we&#8217;d love to celebrate with anyone who&#8217;s able to join!&#160; If you will be joining, make sure you to keep this in mind when deciding how many nights to book. Option 1: New London Inn

Distance from venue:~20 minutes Best for:Guests who prefer a traditional hotel stay Details: We have reserved a room block at the New London Inn for our wedding guests. This charming New England inn offers private hotel rooms and a traditional stay experience. Price: Starts at $229 per night ﻿Transportation:If enough guests stay at the New London Inn, we are planning to arrange shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Option 2: Local Airbnbs & VRBOs

Distance from venue:Varies Best for:Guests who prefer their own space or are traveling with a group Details: There are several nearby Airbnbs/VRBO that are great options for couples, families, or groups traveling together. You can check out what is available at <a href="http://airbnb.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">airbnb.com</a> or <a href="http://vrbo.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">VRBO.com</a> Many listings currently offer flexible cancellation policies, but availability is limited so booking early is recommended. Transportation:Guests staying at Airbnbs should plan to arrange their own transportation/driving - with this being a more remote area, there are limited taxis **If you choose an Airbnb located near the ski mountain, the shuttle may be able to pick up in that area. Must be booked on Ragged Mountain Road, Dunlap Road or New Canada Road (portion between Dunlap &amp; Plowman Road) Please refer to the map below for guidance and let us know if you book one of these houses. The shuttle is expected to run: to/from the wedding &amp; to/from after party. Timing and routes are still being finalized - we will share final details as we get closer to the wedding date. Note: This is a more rural area so rideshare and taxi availability may be limited. We recommend planning transportation in advance.

Option 3: Other Local Inns & Lodge

Best for: Guests who would like additional hotel or inn options nearby and are not interested in New London Inn. There are a handful of other inns &amp; bed &amp; breakfasts in the surrounding area in New London that may be a great fit depending on your preferences and availability. We recommend searching this via Google. Transportation:Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to and from wedding if staying at a different Inn or B&amp;B

Option 4: Bigger Chain Hotels in Tilton & Plymouth

Distance from venue:~40 minutes Best for:Guests who prefer larger chain hotels.If you prefer a more traditional hotel, there is a Fairfield Inn, Holiday Inn &amp; Hampton Inn located in Plymouth, NH &amp; Tilton, NH Transportation:Transportation will not be provided, so guests staying here will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the wedding. Note: This is a more rural area, so rideshare and taxi availability may be limited. We recommend planning transportation in advance.

If you are traveling from out of town &amp; flying in, here are the best options for getting to Ragged Mountain in Danbury, NH Closest Airports- Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) – approximately 1 hour from the venue; smaller airport-Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) – approximately 2 hours from the venue; larger airport Getting to the Venue We recommend renting a car from the airport, as this is the easiest way to get to the venue and surrounding accommodations. Ragged Mountain is located in a more rural area, and rideshare and taxi services are limited.

Q & A 

If I need to fly in, what is the closet airport? If you are traveling from out of town &amp; flying in, the closet airports are Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) - approximately 1 hour from the venue and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) - approximately 2 hours from the venue. We recommend renting a car from the airport, as this is the easiest way to get to the venue and surrounding accommodations. Do I need to arrange my own transportation to and from the event? Potentially. Some accommodations will have shuttle options, while others will require you to arrange your own transportation. Please check the Accommodations page for more details! Should I arrive Friday or Saturday? The wedding will take place on Saturday, but we’d love to celebrate with you for as long as you’re able - especially knowing this may be a bit further of a trip for some guests. We’ll be hosting welcome drinks on Friday evening for anyone who would like to join. More details to come! What is there to do in the area? Ragged Mountain is located in a beautiful part of New Hampshire, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby including hiking and access to the White Mountains. We’ll share more recommendations and local favorites as we get closer! What time should I arrive? The ceremony will start at 3pm on Saturday - we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and getting settled. Will the ceremony be outdoors? Our goal is to have the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. What is the dress code? The dress code is cocktail attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a jacket or something warm! Are kids invited? We love your little ones, but unless they are specifically named on your invitation, this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you! Is there parking at the venue? Yes, there is on-site parking available. You’re also welcome to leave your car overnight if needed! Will there be an after-party? We will be hosting an after party and everyone is welcome to join us! More details will be shared as we get closer. Are there any mobility considerations we should know about? The reception will be held on the second floor of the lodge and requires going up stairs. Please reach out if you have mobility concerns so we can help plan accordingly. Is there a registry?
